Change of the company’s legal form

We would like to inform you that as of 2 March 2026, our sole proprietorship has been transformed into a private liability company – MULTIMOTORS Sp. z o.o.

The change has been registered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS). As a result of the transformation, the company has been assigned a new NIP (tax identification number) and REGON.

At the same time, we would like to assure you that this transformation does not affect the continuity of our business operations or the execution of existing contracts and orders. Our company continues its activities without any changes in scope.

We would like to thank our partners and clients for their trust.
